We are now looking for a
Business process-oriented Solution Lead, Design Solutions, IT Design and Production Solutions
to join our Design Solutions team which is responsible for supporting the design solutions of our great products across different domains and all Meyer Family-owned companies in Finland with our modern software portfolio. Your location will be Turku, Finland with possibility to work partly remotely.
The role
In your role as Solution Lead, you drive and develop architecture and business capabilities to support strategy creation and execution planning.
You collaborate closely with your business and IT peers as well as service providers to provide state-of-the-art solutions for our shipbuilding processes.
You support and drive the performance of our service providers who help us in delivering the daily IT services.
You
Ideally you are an experienced IT professional with multiple years of background in implementing software solutions and managing Application Management Services in the field of design and engineering tools (NAPA, 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, DELMIA, CADMATIC, AVEVA, AUTOCAD, etc.).
You understand or are eager to learn shipbuilding planning processes. In addition to your IT skills, you can perform well in a project-driven organization and have experience leading technical projects.
You enjoy collaboration and building bridges across organizational boundaries, and working in English is natural for you.
As a person you are goal-oriented and willing to explore and find the best solutions to serve our business needs. You want to continuously develop yourself and the ways of working of the work community. Our team achieves success through collaboration, and your contributions are integral to
