    Requirements

We expect the applicant to be passionate about learning new skills. A careful approach to work and good manual skills are extremely important in shipbuilding. The training is provided in Finnish, so the applicant must be able to study and work in Finnish. To be able to perform well during the training and in the job, the applicant must be physically fit and manage well in their everyday life.

Employees agree to work in shifts when necessary. Thus, the applicant must not have any health conditions that worsen due to changes in the circadian rhythm or irregular mealtimes. Before the start of employment, the applicant must get a drug test and health check-up done to confirm that they suit the job. We invite potential candidates to an interview based on applications, so make sure to fill in your application carefully and tell us why you want to participate in our training.
