Application

When you find an open position that corresponds to your skills and interests, fill in the application below and upload your CV as an attachment. After sending the application, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. After the application period ends, the recruiting supervisor and an HR representative will review the applications and invite the most suitable candidates to an interview.

Interview

Applicants usually have one or two interviews with the recruiting supervisor and an HR representative. During the interview, we aim to determine the candidate’s suitability for the open position and the future work community. The interview is also an opportunity for the candidate to assess the appeal of our company.

Length of the recruitment process

The length of the recruitment process for different positions can vary for a number of reasons. It is difficult to estimate the exact lead time from the end of the application period to selecting the employee. However, we do contact all candidates either by email or telephone after the recruitment process has been completed.
