IT Solution Professional, Workplace and Mobile Devices

We are now looking for an

IT SOLUTION PROFESSIONAL, WORKPLACE AND MOBILE DEVICES 

to join a multi-site and international IT team responsible of global Workplace services for the Meyer companies.

Your responsibilities

In your role as IT Solution Professional, Workplace and Mobile Devices, you are responsible for management of mobile devices and subscription on a contractual level, supporting the technical design of systems. You will be working as a technical expert on device hardware configuration topics including meeting room equipment, supporting and interpreting the business demands of our internal customers.

You will co-operate closely with our service providers on end user device services, support and operation of our Microsoft Device management system, as well as improve the support processes in the spirit of ITIL.

We are looking for

We are looking for a person who can work in an international environment and can manage external service providers. You are a team player with a positive service attitude. You should have a strong communication skills in Finnish and English.

We hope you have experience on the following topics:

• Enterprise end device management
• Microsoft SCCM basic knowledge
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune
• Device lifecycle management
• Computer hardware components
• Basic understanding of ITIL-processes

Please note that Meyer Turku requires a passed drug test and a doctor’s medical approval for the job.
